Firefox 3 Beta 5 Released, but not for long!
The latest Beta release of Mozilla Firefox, Beta 5 has just been released for testing, but it apparently won’t be around for long.
This latest Beta release is so near completion that the release candidate is due to be launched in the next week or so. From Beta 4, it offers over 750 bug fixes, as well as improvements in the user interface, bookmark backup and restore, full page zoom, and location bar auto complete which I’m particularly looking forward to. There is other stuff too of course but it’s too much to mention here, but you can read on the Mozilla site.
So far I’ve not tried any of the Betas, but I’m going to jump in and try the first Release Candidate, which should be on April 8th as soon as I get back from my stay at the Novotel in Bristol.
