Well it was a surprise to me anyway. I must have been ignoring all the messages because I only just found out last week that the service was changing.

I was with LoveFilm some years ago and the service was okay but I found it hard to get the films I wanted, it was like they only had one copy of each, unless it was the latest huge blockbuster you were after.

But I know the DVD rental market has gone through some changes recently, and there are only a few big players left, so maybe things will be different now. It’s still a shame because Amazon seemed really good at it, and I always got the DVDs I wanted, pretty much without fail.

But lets give LoveFilm a chance, see if you can improve on Amazons service guys!
