i wish to be an affiliate. i one s got a website which have however expired. i couldn’t start the busines(affiliating) because no banner was placed on my website. i am ignorant of how this is done . Can your company help me out

I couldn’t understand some parts of this article What does a Webmaster Do?, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
